Delete Your Account
Osmo Lingo — Account & Data Deletion
In the App
If you have the app installed, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the ☰ menu (top-right corner)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete account"
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request to:
Please include the email address or Telegram username associated with your account. We will process your request within 3 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all associated data:
- Your profile and account information
- Reading progress and bookshelf
- Saved vocabulary and review cards
- Payment and subscription records
- Activity history and feedback
- Notification preferences
Imported books that are shared with other users will remain available but will no longer be linked to your account.
