1. General Provisions

Osmo Lingo is a digital language learning service through reading, developed by FOP Sykchin Artem Vitaliyovych (EDRPOU 2993905835).

The service is available as a web app at app.osmolingo.app, as a Telegram Mini App via @OsmoLingoBot, and as a mobile app on Google Play.

This document is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Registration and/or payment of a subscription constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

The provider grants the customer access to Osmo Lingo, including:

  • AI text adaptation to the user's level (A2–B2)
  • In-context phrase translation
  • Neural text-to-speech (TTS)
  • Spaced repetition of saved phrases (SRS)
  • Uploading custom content (EPUB, PDF, articles)

The free version has daily usage limits. A Premium subscription expands limits and unlocks additional features. Limits may be slightly adjusted to ensure stable service operation. Current limits are always displayed in the app interface.

3. Pricing

Current pricing is displayed in the app. The subscription is billed monthly.

Payment is processed through the secure monobank payment service (acquiring). Supported payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

In Telegram, payment is also available via Telegram Stars. On Google Play — via Google Play Billing.

4. Payment Procedure

Payment is processed through a secure monobank acquiring page. Card data is processed exclusively by the payment provider and is not stored on Osmo Lingo servers.

Automatic charges (recurring payments) are not applied. To continue the subscription, payment must be made manually.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment, if the service has not been used (no reading sessions since payment).

To request a refund, contact support@osmolingo.app.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for the active period.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is". The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
  • The provider is not liable for damages related to the use of the service.
  • The provider reserves the right to change functionality and prices, with prior notice to users.
